  Liked: Quite place in nice villa district, easy parking and good availability with public transport bus to the centre. Appartement with equipment.

  Disliked: Appartement was relatively dark (but it is in principle good during the warm period) - no problem for us, just small surprise at place

  Full featured apartment, great value for money

  Liked: Incredible value for money. It's been a long time since I found a complete apartment for such a low price near a big city. The parking wasn't needed when I visited but it was very affordable (5€/night) so I chose to park inside, and I recommend it. The house is not supper equipped but has all the main features you might need. Central heating / AC can be controlled and works flawlessly. There is a pool which is a nice aspect for Summer. While not centric, it's a good location, mainly residential, easy to get by (there is a bus but car would be the main choice here).

  Disliked: The strict, low-availability "reception" hours for check-in If you can't make it during 12:30-14:30 / 16:30 - 19:30 you need to cancel the reservation since there is no other way to pick up the keys. Difficult to understand in a hotel-like complex when even BnBs from individuals usually have methods to allow 24h check-in. The room and the beddings smelled a bit damp, probably from being closed for so long. Not much ventilation / windows. Definitely not soundproof, you could hear doors opening, creaking from other apartments and steps on the upper floor. Luckily the place was mostly empty and that didn't disturb a lot our sleep, but in high season your sleep might depend on your neighbours schedule.
