Fabulous
Good location, nice building, but could be better
Liked: The location, inner patio, the breakfast.....
Disliked: Approaching the hotel by car is quite confusing, as the hotel is located within a restricted traffic zone. The garage where hotel staff direct guests—while nearby and convenient for parking—is very inconvenient when trying to return to the hotel entrance, as navigation systems do not recognize the restricted traffic zone. Although this is not directly the hotel's fault, it would be helpful if the staff provided guests with guidance on this matter as well. The room was quite small and could only be reached by climbing stairs, which meant carrying luggage up them... The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the showerhead was broken, and taking a shower was nearly impossible. Despite complaining to the reception, nothing was done to address the issue, even though we were told it had been handled. In the morning, they apologized, explaining that there was no one available in the afternoon or evening who could carry out repairs. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom.
