Liked: Quick check in, proficient staff. Easy access and the parking.
Nice, calm and safe neighbourhood, with what seems to be a rather new apartment.Missing a few things
Liked: the apartment seemed new and in a safe neighbourhood. Even though it is a bit away far from the main attractions they were nice restaurants around it along the playground, walking area and a supermarket.
Disliked: The kitchen misses amenities - no basic "welcome" amount of salt, pepper, oil, sugar, paper towels etc... the floors could be cleaner and the sofa had a stain on it. No TV channels. We wrote to the owner inquiring about it (our kids wanted a good night cartoon) but the owner never responded to our message.
Liked: Good air cone and parking.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights and overall it was okay for a short stay, but there were a few issues. First, the shower was clearly not cleaned properly for a long time, there were red stains on the tiles that could easily be wiped off with a finger, which suggests it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Check-in was also more difficult than it should’ve been. We didn’t receive the code to get into the apartment, so I had to call the contact person. She didn’t know the code either and had to come over. She arrived quickly, but once inside, she started a phone conversation and left us standing in the apartment for several minutes, which was quite uncomfortable, we just wanted to get on with our day.
