Exceptional
Relaxing stop during travels
Liked: The baths were amazing but the highlight was the staff, especially Lucía, who was super helpful. It was also great to be right in the old town.
Disliked: It was a little odd that the second building was a bit of a walk to and from the reception desk in the main building, but it wasn’t a problem, especially since you can access the baths through the second building (no need to change clothes for the baths or walk outside in robes). The decor of that building, though, was a bit outdated, like my mom had decorated it.
Brilliant
Liked: Excellent location. The baths were lovely after a long day sightseeing and massages were very good. Very clean and relaxing place.
Disliked: Couldn’t get WiFi and nobody on reception but it didn’t matter because we were out mostly. 10/10
A lovely characterful hotel in a perfect location
Liked: A really nice, characterful hotel tucked inside the old town city wall. The reception area was a large atruim and had plenty of sitting space with facilities for tea and coffee (as there were none in the room). Our room was a nice size and was light and airy and very quiet. It was well furnished with a nice use of blue colours in the decor. The bathroom was modern too and a fair size with a nice shower unit. We used the (free for residents) spa facility for a while which was very nice and quite historic. In all it was an excellent stay and most certainly great value for money.
Disliked: The bed was a little spongy and only one spare pillow was available for a double room. The fridge buzzed like crazy so we had to turn it off for the night. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice but this doesn't seem very commonly offered in Spain.
Liked: Room was simple and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent and access to the spa direct from the hotel was lovely
Disliked: There was a fridge in the room which was very noisy.

Liked: The staff, location access to the Arab baths and the clean room. It was good value
Disliked: The Shared terrace from our room meant we did nt feel confident/ comfortable leaving our windows open that we like to do.
Amazing stay
Liked: Absolutely stunning. Great location, gorgeous room, spacious and tastefully decorated. Staff were so nice too, and the baths are a real bonus. Will be back!!
