Fabulous
Could have been better
Liked: We have stayed in this property before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time, the air conditioner did not work, or should I say it worked for 20 minutes and then would shut off. The hotel staff came to the room twice to try and rectify the situation, but it did not work. They were suppose to make a financial adjustment in the morning when we checked out, but that never happened as there was no record of us having issues when the morning front desk person arrived.

Lovely spa
Liked: The spa is gorgeous, the location is handy for the sights, the bathroom is more modern than it looks

Disliked: There are 2 hotels and I accidentally booked the incorrect one. I was unaware there were two. I owned the mistake, and the other hotel was ok, however the person who advised of the mistake was quite abrupt and rude. A bit sad given our 4th visit over 4 years. We were also asked to get out of the baths and have tea (already poured and cold) after 1 hour and 25 minutes, yet advertised as a 2 hour session, that too has not happened before and very disappointing. Please treat this feedback as constructive, as language differences are not an opportunity to be abrasive, especially when we accepted the mistake.

Liked: Super clean, fresh and spacious room. Would recommend asking for the rooms that face the exterior for natural light. The added use of the Arab baths really made it a special stay and supplied a welcome break from the intense heat. The salt floatation bath was a particular treat. Lovely clean, unfussy facilitates. Would stay again for sure.
Disliked: If I had to pick something to improve, I'd say the mattress could be firmer, and ours had a dip in the middle.
Excellent option at a good price
Liked: Room was simple, but clean, comfy bed and an excellent bathroom. Good location and access to the lovely baths. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
