Fabulous

Liked: Friendly staff and the cleanliness
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great location. Spotless room and hotel. Very helpful staff.
Liked: Location.
Ideal hotel stay for a short trip to cordoba
Liked: Location was really really ideal and the hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the sights.
Disliked: The shower was okay, although it could have been better. The AC was not working in all of the rooms. Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. When we checked in, the staff member told us that we had been allocated one triple room, one double room and one single room, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for one triple room and two double rooms. Even after showing our booking confirmation at the desk, the staff member was quite dismissive and simply told us that there was nothing he could do and that we should contact Booking.com, as there may have been a miscommunication. This was frustrating and upsetting, particularly as we had clear confirmation of what we had booked. Thankfully, he eventually came around and was helpful and provided us with the second double room that we had paid for. The room itself was okay, but the initial interaction left a negative impression and was not a good start to our stay.
Liked: It was good and well situated
Liked: in city center and good service
Disliked: people so kind
