Very good
Liked: Staff were so very helpful and friendly! Location was amazing, hotel patio was lovely and the whole place was spotless!
Disliked: The beds were a bit hard and the pillows were like rocks.
Great hotel with lovely rooms and close to the city
Liked: Our evening host was excellent. Hotel was very central and had great facilities. The parking was very tight but well secured.

Liked: Location was great, and if you drive in due to emissions zone, they waiver the fine. Parking in the builing, with nice view of inner courtyard.
Disliked: It was a full 30 minutes that we waited after I had been down to complain about the lack of hot water in room 207—both our first night and the morning after—even though the receptionist told me he would come right away to try to fix it. We had to shower in cold water both last night and the morning. Long story short, water issue was onlu rectified later in the day. With little remorse or an apology, rather making excuses for their incopetance. For this reason, I wanted to cancel my reservation without penalty and find a better hotel with better service. This was dismissed... so be very careful with this operation.
