Exceptional
Very comfortable and good location
Liked: Great having a reception that could deal with any issues we had. Very helpful dealing with an after hours problem we had. Had access to full laundry facilities and shared courtyard area
Disliked: Wi-fi access was not available first night and then very slow when available
Very clean and spacious apartment hotel, but wifi was nonexistent and being able to access the building and room was unn
Liked: The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and clean and very nice. The bedroom was also the same. The building also felt very safe. Location was a little out of the way, but still a 5-10 min walk to majority of major attractions.
Disliked: At check in, codes were given to access the main building and individual room, however they did not work at all. Having to go back to the hotel to try and fix this was tiring, and I’m sure tiring for the hotel staff too, as she came twice to try and fix it. Eventually they just gave us a key card to use instead but it wasnt a great starting. To make things worse, the wifi did not work at all, it wouldn’t even allow us to connect, basically saying it didn’t exist. On top of that, there was no response or resolution from the staff about this. Especially when traveling, wifi is a basic necessity, and without it, it was difficult to even try to communicate with the staff via messaging. The fact that this was not addressed, even for a 1 night stay, was very disappointing and a disservice as the booking states they have working wifi. Additionally the AC had stopped working for no reason at some point during the night, which resolved on its own, but still was frustrating to deal with in the moment.
Perfect place to stay
Liked: Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Amazing terrace with beautiful views of Cordoba.
Disliked: Can't control the aircon so got a bit cold overnight but there were extra bed covers in the wardrobe.
Wonderful location for walking access to many major sights with lovely cafes & bars at every turn
Liked: Bfast was excellent.
Disliked: The scent dispenser in the hotel lobby became overpowering even with a very lovely fragrance.
Exceeded our expectations
Liked: The property was spacious, clean and quiet in an excellent location. We loved the massive terrace area. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Our one criticism would be that it needed a fan for on the terrace which would have made it a bit more comfortable.
Amazing Terrace!
Liked: Amazing terrace, it was huge! With lovely, comfortable outside furniture. It was a highlight of our stay. So nice to be able to relax after exploring Cordoba. We stayed in apartment 201, It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with a large bed and a lovely bathroom. The apartment was well equipped and the air con worked excellently. The only problem that we had was that the wifi was almost non - existent at times and very weak. The location was fabulous, everything within easy walking distance. Great to be able to get assistance from the pleasant staff at the Eurostar.
Disliked: The wifi was very weak and almost non - exsistent at times which was inconvenient.
