Very good
Great place near the airport with free airport shuttle
Liked: The room was very comfortable, great location for shopping and loved the airport shuttle (which is the reason why I stayed at the hotel).
Disliked: There were a lot of tour groups so the hotel lifts were very busy. Not to worry I had 2 backpacks and just used the stairs which were very well marked.
Liked: Clean, wide the staff is humble and helping once you need, and near at airport also have bus access to going at centro barcelona
Very nice hotel and location
Liked: Stayed a number of times. Staff always really nice and friendly. Airport shuttle is always good. Location next to a big supermarket is good.
Disliked: Price or a port shuttle would be nice.
Liked: Airport shuttle was a very good service to/from airport. Room was good. Bathroom very nice. Hotel staff very pleasent and efficient.
Disliked: Instructions for pickup location was tricky to find late at night. However, the coach arrived exactly on time and the drivers to/fron were excellent.
Liked: The room was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing. Plenty to choose from and everything was so fresh.
Disliked: It is a little far to catch a bus for the centre but maybe we should have used the airport shuttle and then got a bus or train from there.
Liked: I liked that the facility has SPA but still strange that all saunas don't function properly
Disliked: The guy at night shift reception on 17 to 18 of October was rude, arrogant, incompetent and suggest me to go to another hotel if I don't like something. Warmest regards to management for that.
