Liked: Property is very nice and everything was comfortable

Disliked: I got the check in message on the day of check in only, so technically I have to reach at hotel before 10 pm for check in that I got to know at last time, anyway I try to reach on time. on the second day, we were out with family and I reached 10 pm and our card was not working, we had 2 year baby, I tried to calling in emergency service, they all speak Spanish so I didn’t get any support, thankfully I found one other guest from the same hotel and manage to get in. This should not be happen specially as you are with your family.

  Nice

Liked: Super close to public transportation and Self check in was very smooth.

Disliked: It’s not the hotel but the taxi driver ripped us off by on purpose taking a detour, we paid 50 euros from the airport to the hotel where it should be less than 30 euros. That was a big bummer!
