  A relaxing stay with lovely views

  Liked: I had a pleasant stay at Hotel El Castell. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, which was especially appreciated after a full day exploring Barcelona and the surroundings. One small improvement would be to provide a little more soap or shower gel in the room. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, offering lovely views of the surrounding area. It also has a nice pool with an amazing view, which looked like a great place to relax. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time during my stay to enjoy it. The hotel is not located in the city center, but getting there is quite easy. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and from there you can connect to the metro to reach central Barcelona. Another big plus is the free parking available at the hotel, which was very convenient. Breakfast was tasty and a nice way to start the day. The Wi-Fi could definitely be improved, as the connection was not always great during my stay. On my last day, the staff was also very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport, which is conveniently located relatively close to the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly service, free parking, and convenient access to both Barcelona and the airport.

  Disliked: Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. If I had to suggest anything, perhaps a slightly stronger Wi-Fi connection and a little more shower gel in the room would make the experience even better.

  Convenient as it is not far from the airport

  Liked: The hotel is a nice beautiful building, but inside really needs renovation. However, taking the price into consideration it was overall acceptable. The person at the reception was exceptionally nice and courteous.

  Disliked: The breakfast quality was quite average to poor in some cases.
