  Good value for money with convenient parking

  Liked: The apartment offered good value for money. Having parking available was a great advantage, especially as we were travelling by car. Overall, it was a convenient and affordable option for our stay in Madrid.

  Good value for money and connectivity

  Liked: Place is good for connectivity, reception available close to train station and shops. Reception was helpful where needed. Apartment was clean with functional kitchen. Cleaning service was good too.

  Disliked: Bathrooms are bit old with scratches and give the impression of not so clean. Kids may not like it. There was water leaking in the bathroom.

  Good for one night

  Liked: Rooms were larger than expected. About 20 minutes to airport

  Disliked: This is in an industrial area with nothing except grocery and hardware stores close by. It’s fine for one night. Even though there is a kitchen there really isn’t anything you would need to make a meal (pans, knives, etc)

  No, thanks

  Liked: Receptionist was easy to talk to and understandable.

  Disliked: Ants everywhere 4th floor apartment, dripping air conditioning, kitchen was not equipped at all. Not worth to be close to airport and catch flight next day.

  Pleasant short stay on the outskirts of Madrid

  Liked: The aparthotel was very clean and pleasant.

  Disliked: The beds were hard, the pillows were thin, and the hot water in the shower didn’t last very long (maybe 6 minutes) despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and staff sent maintenance to check our water heater
