Comfortable, near the airport and stadium, just what we needed for a short overnight stay in MAD

Liked: Well located for short stays near the airport, and if you’re going to the Riyadh stadium. Close to bus stop that takes you to both. Friendly host. “Bueno bonito y barato” as we say in Spanish Shared bathrooms were clean

Overall, everything went very well, and I highly recommend!!

Liked: I really liked the room—it was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming. Our room was cleaned several times during our stay, which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Disliked: The only downside for me was the location, as it’s quite far from the city center. However, if you’re coming for a concert and staying for a day or two, it’s an excellent choice—I’d even say it’s one of the best options because the stadium is nearby.

Liked: The staff was kind. It was outside the city center so there wasn't noise from outside. The balcony has the potential to become a really good space to use.

Disliked: The bathroom didn't have any windows, the shower was supersmall and the water didn't have any pressure. There was a funny smell everytime you opened the tap water of the sink. Almost every support in the bathroom was already broken so you didn't really know where to put your things. We had just one towel (medium-sized) per person and there wasn't anything to clean, like a broom or a mop. Some bedroom lights were outside the bedroom, the bed was really loud, like whenever you turned around it was super creaky and the ac didn't really work because we were freezing the first night.

  Host was good guy

  Liked: Host was very cooperative

Disliked: Shared washroom, people literally banging doors during use. Other room tenants shouting badly during night, bringing guests was disturbing
