  Very recommended

Liked: It's a regular apartment in a neighbourhood right outside of the airport area. It's located within a 10mins drive to the center (with no traffic). We didn't have problems parking outside, though the garage is available. The host was very communicative, gave us all the instructions on the day of arrival. We had absolutely no problems checking in. The apartment is spacious, with a clean bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Fantasic swimming pool in the courtyard, open until late at night (9pm in August), not many other swimmers (some children playing). If the neighbours have a party you can hear them, but it's not disturbing your sleep.

  Excellent stay

Liked: Superb cleanliness beyond expectations. Would come back again.

Disliked: Nothing as such, but maybe a night staff for assisting would be better and can enhance the experience more. But I was still been assisted and guided on WhatsApp at 3.30 in the morning so that was much appreciated.

Liked: I had a very pleasant stay, and I especially want to highlight the excellent customer service. From the beginning, the staff was very responsive — they answered the phone promptly and even personally delivered the key to me, which made check-in smooth and reassuring. When I checked out, I accidentally left something in the room and had already left the hotel. I was quite worried, but the staff returned to the hotel within five minutes to help me open the door so I could retrieve my belongings. I truly appreciated their efficiency and kindness. I also asked about the location of a print shop when checking out. Although she didn’t speak English, she made a great effort to communicate with me using gestures, Spanish, and a translation app to show me the way. I could really feel her sincerity and willingness to help. I’m very grateful for such wonderful service. It made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Disliked: It was raining and the rain was falling on a pipe. The noise couldn't let us sleep.
