  Liked: This apartment is nice and very suitable for two people. Communicating with the owner was very easy, and they were very willing to stay in touch if we needed anything.

  Liked: Cozy place. Has a kitchenette and multiple beds and a dining area. Great location. Gives you the madrid feel/experience

  Disliked: Where to even begin. I got asked all sorts of questions about arrival time. I gave the approx from the airline. Gave a heads up when arriving ( as requested) and was told I would be greeted with keys. When actually, no one was there to greet. I had to figure out to talk to the guard to give details of what and where we are going. We get into the gate to have another gated area.. to then be shared the mailbox to find the key. Definitely an experience. Basically, why not say this from the start? The home smelled like chemicals.. which both my wife and I are sensitive too. Runny nose and sneezing began. The bathroom smelled of smoke. Even more disappointing as we loathe smoke. We let Wanda know so she knows it wasn't us. To find out she was aware.. wow. Couldn't you have let us know in advance? I get that you need your space rented.. but at the expense of people's experience? Additionally, to add extra insult, the place was quite expensive and given a second choice I most definitely would NOT have chosen this spot. Hope this helps other people and also Wanda to make things easier for future guests. A 50% return of monies would realistically be a nice gesture for such a bad experience.

  Liked: Fantastic little apartment with absolutely everything we needed. Loved the decor and how clean and well kept everything was. It was near so many shops and places to eat too. Communication with the owner was great and very informative. Can't wait to stay again!

  Nice place to stay close to airport and big shopping mall

  Liked: It was very quiet. Once the pool opens, it might not be so quiet, but the pool was closed. The suite was clean and reasonably spacious. The decor was pleasing. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was snug. Having a small dishwasher was good. Used the washer and it was fine. A bit snug drying the clothes in the apartment. Contact with the managers was great. They were super responsive to all queries. Also, the mall being so close was great for shopping. We didn’t get into town as we were both sick with colds and just stuck close to the apartment.
