Good
Liked: When i arrived book in was quick the lady on the desk was so very helpful. I had run out of battery never had right plug. She was so helpful gave me several plugs and charger until i was able to get my dea phone back on. She was 10-10. I love this little gem hotel. Great value gor money clean. Shower overflows onto floor. Overall perfect central area with all great choice of nearby facilities.
Disliked: Just the shower and sink drainage was a bit blocked and this made water run onto the floor. We could not get into the hotel on 2night easily. Had to stand outside until door was opened. That is only reasons why i scored what i did.
Liked: We only stayed one night as a stopover everything was in the room that we needed. Friendly staff, it's a bit dated but was clean.
Disliked: Nothing
Poor free drinks machine not always useable. Will not go back or recommend
Liked: When you found someone on reception English was very limited and we resorted to reading translations on mobiles
Disliked: Phone charger with Spanish adapter were taken from wall socket and stolen. Room wasn’t cleaned, spilt coffee beginning of week marks still on unit and sugar still on floor when we left 8 days later ‚cleaner’ doesn’t take rubbish unless in bin ie left coffee cup and empty sugar sachet on table and stayed there until I put in bin the following day. Corridor floor had the same mark on it for two days so not cleaned daily
Disliked: There was a bad smell in the room, very noisy neighbors and it was very hard to find parking close by.
Liked: Hotel was fab, clean and comfortable,, the staff were very nice.. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Value for money, it did the job!
Liked: Good size room. Super clean. Had a tv and fridge but nothing else. Receptionist guy was very helpful when we asked for extra pillows.
Disliked: Had Room 104 but was an internal room. No hairdryer.
