  Poor service, Rude staff, Overpriced, Misrepresented online

  Liked: The views were nice.

  Disliked: The experience they portray on social media giving influencers free stays for positive reviews, is not the experience I received as a paying guest. We arrived at 9am off an overnight flight and got told we could not shower or use any of the facilities to change and freshen up. They also stuck firmly to your 3pm check in time, and had no interest in trying to make us comfortable before that time. The breakfast was a total let down, no buffet at all, and the à la carte ordering was cumbersome and severely lacked choice or variety. The wait staff several times also made us feel like we were a burden to them. My wife speaks spanish (they didn’t know this) and could hear them speaking poorly about the “stupid guests” from their wait stations. This hotel is not worth the prices they charge. You are paying a significant premium just for the sake of being near Deia, and even then it’s a lengthy dangerous hike on a busy road to get to the actual town. We upgraded to the deluxe suite which was around $1400 a night, the room was just fine. Other negatives are lack of amenities, there’s no spa or gym or really anything on property. The pool is not heated so unbearably cold even when it’s 80F out. They also have a distinct lack of parking spaces on property, and it was inconvenient having to shuffle vehicles around every time we wanted to leave the property. The bottom line is they have a long way to go to improve their customer experience, If you are someone who values and appreciates when hotels go above and beyond with even the little things, I would avoid Sa Pedrissa. For us they couldn’t even get the basics right, which is a real shame.

  The views, the ambience the hotel and staff just a perfect peace of paradise

  Liked: The views are stunning, the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s so peaceful, we could’ve stayed for longer. The staff were all really good! Great ambience! One of our favourite places we’ve been to and just a few minutes from Deia in a taxi. We would definitely revisit ❤️

  Incredible Minimoon

  Liked: Incredible location - perfect for our minimoon. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was stunning, we had one of the suites and loved having our own access and outdoor space. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Every meal, drink or snack we had was absolutely delicious and served very quickly.

  Disliked: Just be aware that taxis are a little hard to come by and can have a long wait. The staff are very helpful with ordering them though. The only downside we experienced were the very loud americans around the pool or getting engaged in the grounds and coming just for lunch. I didn’t like that, as until then it was a perfectly peaceful spot. So maybe visit out of season!

  Liked: Beautiful location, beautiful rooms friendly staff, unique, great food. We liked feeding the donley! Wonderful experience overall.
