  Liked: Location, the apartment is a walk distance to Dos Hermanas downtown. And it's a 30 min, drive, to Sevilla. Neighborhood is quite.

  Disliked: The penthouse is good for rest a night. It could be better if renovated

  Disliked: The refrigerator wasn't working, and when I tried to turn up the temperature, it sparked under the kitchen cabinets and the power went out.the host, who had just responded to a cushion about the wifi, did not respond(and still has never responded 3 days later) We looked at where the fellas plugged in, and it was to an extension cord that wasn't fully insulated, taped to a metal leg of the kitchen cabinets.. we felt unsafe staying we called booking, who also was unable to reach the property owner. We ultimately canceled our stay due to safety. I hope we get our money back.

  Disliked: No breakfast option, wery narrow streets hard to navigate and find parking spot. We had big complications in our „project“ how to get key from malfuncioned „mini safe box“ which even local neigboured tenants 't manage to unlock. Owner speaks only spanush, so we need to ask locals for translations. My biggest grunch: owner know we had problems to get the key out of the code secured box, he live in the same multi tenant house and after many calls via GSM and 30 minutes of tryouts to get the key out, he didn 't bother to come out and help me! Local tenant girl from this building finnaly help me and get the key from the damn box. So, if you arrived to this accomodation and try to get key out of those „safe deoposit boxes“ using the code and try to communicate with owner in english, I wish you good luck - you will need it!

  Very clean but very basic facilities

  Liked: The property peas clean

  Disliked: Kitchen utensils, crockery, etc was very basic but for one night it was ok. Even with windows closed the noise levels from outside were high.
