We enjoyed our stay, very relaxing pity about arrival and departure

Liked: This property overlooks Benidorm, from the terrace there is plenty to see. The apartment is very comfortable and provided everything that we needed. The terrace was private for sitting out and sunbathing. There are two very nice swimming pools to use. Private parking in the garage under the apartment block. The whole residence is secured fenced and secured by electric gates operated by key fob. Everything was clean upon our arrival.

Disliked: A better welcome pack. Some soap. An information pack about the apartment and surroundings, including the use of the garages, pools, refuse disposal, nearby shops, emergency contacts, churches etc, But most frustrating is arrival information; Although we gave an approximate time of our arrival, we were not met, we were not told how to get in. After phoning the agent, we were sent a WhatsApp of where the key was, after another prompt from us directions to the location of the key box and a QR code to open the key box. That location was 4.4 km away in a laundrette. We were not told anything else. Although the bunch of keys had a number on it it did not really tell use how to get in or use anything except a number 074 after we entered the residence we deduced it was block 7 but we had to read again the message to see that it was door G. The numbers of the blocks are not easy to see so this was frustrating. We parked overnight of the access road because we had no further information. The next day upon investigation we found the garage underneath the block and deduced that we could park in one of the spaces there. to leave we were asked to leave the key inside the apartment however to leave the residence you need the key fob, we had to drive out of the gated area re enter from the pedestrian gate, about 75 meter from the vehicle gate, and while one of us held the gate open the other had to take the key back to the apartment and exit by the held open gate, We write this to help the next guest who will need to know all of this.
