  We had a great stay

  Liked: The accommodation was well run very clean, safe with good facilities.The room was good size good A/C with electric hob & microwave,The bed was very comfortable with good shower & soaps.! The staff held our luggage in reception as our flight was late & let us shower before leaving.Amazing.! The room was cleaned daily & the staff were all lovely.!! We will go back

  Great location. Due to service issues we would think twice about staying again

  Liked: It was very convenient to everything in Es Pujols. The decor in room and areas was very nice.

  Disliked: The cleaner did the basics. Made the bed but didn’t always put pillows back on bed. Left them on floor or dining chair. The bathroom wasn’t swept or mopped … sand and grit on floor by bin for Most of our stay. Balcony wasn’t swept at all …. Flakes of paint from walls for all of our stay. No kettle in kitchen and no tea cups in cupboard to enable us to make a cup of tea. We had to go to reception on 3 occasions to ask for toilet rolls. Reception closed on those occasions. Had to ask a fourth time. Only 4 coat hangers in wardrobe …. Not ideal for our stay. A small pull out drying rack would be helpful on the balcony to dry towels and swimwear. The room above us (31) was extremely noisey. Sounded like they were Moving furniture about and stomping on the floor. This happened on a few occasions at around 10.30pm. Also babies nappies were thrown over the balcony down to ground floor suite.

  Lovely stay, great staff

  Liked: The location was very good, close to the beaches in Es Pujols and to the main street with restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.

  Disliked: It can get a bit noisy due to poor isolation of the doors, however it was not such an issue for us.

  It was a much needed, restful holiday. The area was beautiful and the apartment was great. Truely felt rested and enjoye

  Liked: Decor had a calm, relaxing vibe Quiet place Excellent location - close to everything within 2 minutes from beach, restaurants, supermarket and skooter rental. Had their own car park. Had umbrellas and beach games etc that you could borrow. Ask before you buy anything. Pool was a lovely touch.
