    Great apartment, but no communication

Liked: Location, cleanliness, lovely cleaning ladies

Disliked: No check in information in advance, no response to my texts or emails, arrived at 8.30pm to find reception closed with a sign saying we were in a named apartment which we had to find. Tap water undrinkable, no information about that or anything else.
