Liked: Those magical words every guests love to hear "we're going to upgrade you today." We were upgraded to the isotel hotel, and it was such a treat. The lady at reception was so lovely and the restaurant was so good. The night time entertainment was really good too. Highly recommend.

Liked: Ok. I want to thank the lovely check in lady at the main hotel. She found me a room in the main hotel as it is not clear when booking this hostel that all the facilities, breakfast, dinner and pool are 500 meters down the road. That hotel is fab. This hostel I don’t know. Anyway thanks again to the lovely staff at the other hotel.
