  Nice location, that is it

  Liked: Very basic

  Disliked: No personnel after 10 pm. We cannot get hot water for tea

  Wouldn’t recommend it

  Liked: Not much.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly throughout the hotel, and it is very expensive for what it offers. Considering that the tap water is not drinkable, the least they could do is provide one complimentary bottle of water per day in the room. Instead, they sell tiny 200 ml bottles for €1.50. The rooms are extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase, and the TV does not have apps such as Netflix or YouTube. For a hotel charging close to €200 per night, they could at least provide proper shampoo instead of an all-in-one soap and shampoo product. The air-conditioning units are clearly very old and difficult to regulate, so I spent the entire night constantly adjusting the temperature. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It doesn’t smell good either.

  Basic accommodation and you need to have a car

  Liked: The hotel is quite basic so it’s worth keeping expectations realistic. One of the main drawbacks during our stay was that there was no restaurant or food available at the hotel. There is a nice restaurant next door but it only opens from 9am which is a bit late and it’s fairly expensive with limited choices. The location is good if you have a car as you really need one to get around. Without a car the nearest supermarket is around 1.5km away and although the hotel is advertised as front beach, the actual stretch of beach is very small. That said, the staff were genuinely lovely friendly and helpful

  This hotel is a motel! And not worth more than €80 a night

  Liked: Hotel is in a beautiful location and the restaurant next door is definitely worth visiting, especially for the sunsets

  Disliked: It was a rip off!! For €330 for 1 night….. albeit a ** hotel - I gave it benefit of the doubt based on night rate and location. The photos are misleading. The bathroom was horrid and the shower curtain (yes!) clung to your body like a slug! The “flatscreen” TV is actually an old computer monitor. The Aircon, also from the 80’s in a bad retro way! Noisy and ineffective. I feel totally conned!!

  Beautiful place and location

  Liked: Beautiful location, surrounded by nature

  Disliked: Unfortunately we had a fire above us, late at night we was just about to go to bed electric went out, lucky we realised what was happening the staff didn’t evacuate us or let us know of the other guest, we woke up to sirens and flashing lights,safety procedures horrendous, staff need training for emergency they seemed very unprepared for situations like this. It was put out but it was the main air conditioning unit and we realised the fumes from it all would have been coming into our room. No smoke alarms no emergency lighting no carbon monoxide detectors I think this could have r been a lot worse definitely more dangerous for guests I hope this never happens again.

  Highly recommend and great place to watch the sunset

  Liked: The beds were super comfy and clean. Salt water pool quiet with great Sun beds. Fabulous restaurant next door but breakfast reasonable but pricey posh dinners lunch. Room for bags if late departure. Need to take supplies like water as a longish walk to a supermarket or shop and would have loved a kettle to make a coffee as restaurant doesn’t open till 9am. Still highly recommend if looking for a peaceful retreat in the beautiful island of Formentera. Also arranged bikes for us to get about x

  Disliked: No kettle but did have a super cold fridge but we thought we would have a kitchenette
