Liked: Everything g a out the hotel said that the hosts were dedicated to their mission of recreating an authentic 1920's hone and the original doctors surgery The food was exquisite with everything from taste to presentation Aurelie and Benjamin were the perfect hosts.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is amazing so interesting and so many beautiful things to look at.

Liked: Incredible place to stay. Impeccable, beautiful house throughout. We stayed in a lovely, large cave room with a great bathroom and shower design. The food from dinner and breakfast was excellent, thoughtfully presented, plentiful and homemade cooking using local ingredients. The hosts were fantastic and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the place and looking at the restoration project book. Very talented couple and we feel fortunate to have found this place to stay.

Liked: Casa don Eliseo is a meticulously renovated hotel, with a lot of consideration for the history of the house. The room was spacious and had a lot of nice details. Aurelie and Ben are amazing hosts and cooks (do stay for dinner and breakfast!). All in all one of the highlights of our holiday and a one of a kind hotel.
