Very good
Liked: Very quiet Good breakfast although a little busy Lovely big towels. Only 5 mins to train station and 4 stops to Atocha.
Disliked: Maybe missing a bar to have a drink in the evening 🤔
Liked: Lovely place and will definitely recommend for any of my friends or family coming in for Holiday anytime.
Disliked: Nothing
The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing, with no air conditioning, significant traffic noise an
Liked: Free parking space
Disliked: The air conditioning was switched off, and we were advised to open the windows instead. Unfortunately, the resulting traffic noise throughout the night and early in the morning made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The flooring was cracked in several places, and there were signs of water leakage across the ceiling, making the room feel old and poorly maintained. The toilet was clean, but the vinyl flooring was peeling away at the corners. Breakfast service was also disappointing. Cutlery was not readily available, and there appeared to be a shortage of staff, which meant that many tables were left uncleared after guests had finished eating.
Very good
Liked: I like how it’s very near to the train station
Disliked: -shower space could be bigger -coffee vending machine does not have card payment option.
Affordable good option for staying in Madrid for a short stay
Liked: Overall a comfortable, clean and affordable option for staying in Madrid. Very close to public transportation.
Disliked: Some areas could use some renovation, especially the common areas, i.e. elevators.
Reasonable accommodation
Liked: It's near public transport. The train is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The place is clean and organized.
Disliked: The bed is really uncomfortable. The mattress and the pillow are really low quality. The shower is also too small.
