Exceptional
Liked: Very good value for money. Very nice and helpful host. Great equipment! The ping pong table, table football, and basketball hoop really make the place. There are plenty of ways to relax outdoors—on sun loungers, at the table for meals, or on a bench with views of the mountains and the garden, which has its own banana and lemon trees. There’s even an outdoor toilet and shower, and the kids can play football or shoot some hoops. The street noise isn't nearly as bothersome as some people mentioned.
Disliked: Perhaps only one or two towels would need replacing due to some stubborn yellow stains. It would be great if the power outlets were at bedside table height, with one for each nightstand. As of March 2026, there are ongoing renovations on the neighboring property, but it’s not a major issue, especially if you're out on trips during the day. In the kitchen, alongside the washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker it would be a nice touch to have a dishwasher as well—but these are just minor details.

Liked: Casa Tina is a wonderful house in perfect location to access the whole island via car. Clean, well equipped and full of enthertainment for a family. The hosts are amazing.

Liked: We had an amazing time at Casa Tina! Miriam and Alexis are fantastic hosts. The communication was excellent throughout, always responding quickly and sorting everything out promptly. They even came by in person and surprised us with gifts and local products, so kind and thoughtful! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Basic essentials like coffee, tea, laundry pods and shampoos were all provided. Beautiful garden with a BBQ, a fun playroom, and two toilets (including one in the garden). The beds were very comfortable too. The location is great for exploring Tenerife, with free parking right outside. Thank you so much, Miriam and Alexis. We felt truly welcomed and hope to return someday!

Disliked: Unfortunately, construction work that had previously been halted next door resumed on the morning of February 18, 2026. The workers started before 8 a.m. The apartment is located next to a main road, which is quite busy on weekdays from early morning.
Liked: Very pleasant stay. The apartment offers many amenities for both children and adults. The owner has taken care of every detail, which was noticeable from the very first moment. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely. There was a sufficient number of towels available. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was available in the rooms, and there was a small heater in the bathroom, which was perfect for warming up before a bath on December evenings. Highly recommended!
