  An excellent overnight stop half way from the north of Spain to the Algarve where we were heading

  Liked: The room was well appointed and comfortable. We had half board and enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast. The old town of Hervas is certainly worth looking around and was most unexpected,

  Disliked: My phone didn't like the security of the Internet so I wasn't able to view my emails.

  Liked: The hotel is perfectly placed for visiting the famous old Jewish quarter. Parking is free and easy in a karge car park behind the hotel. Thecstaff are very friendly and helpful and the dinner (Menu del Dia) is very good value. We had a oroblem with our allllocated room, but this was quickly resolved.

  Disliked: Breakfast was extremely disappointing for what is advertised as a 4☆ hotel. No availabilty of freshly cooked eggs, scant choice of fruit, out of a packet sliced bread and underwhelming pastries. Very poor indeed and not a good way to start your day!!

  Great hotel

  Liked: Good room. Excellent restaurant meal.

  Disliked: The wait to check in! There was an African woman arguing with the poor receptionist about whether or not she would get a free breakfast. This went on for half an hour and in the end I said I would pay for her breakfast! Awful!!

  Good location. Views of the hills and a nice place to chill out

  Liked: Secure parking. Nice pool. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Nice decor in rooms and public areas. Room and lighting fine. Range of foods on offer at breakfast was good

  Disliked: Would have preferred a walk in shower. The coffee at breakfast was not up to standard.
