Comfortable spacious hotel, convenient for the port

Liked: Everything was clean and fresh. Property is extremely spacious. Also close to the port for our cruise the next day.

Disliked: The good available was not good at all and we waited for 15 mins at an empty bar before someone appeared to serve us. There isn’t much around the hotel if you need a shop for something.

4 stars in name and price only! Disappointing!

Liked: The only redeeming feature is its proximity to the exhibition center. Given the current conditions, I do not recommend it.

Disliked: I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews—I am understanding of most situations—but serious hygiene issues must be reported: I don't usually have issues with insects, yet I was actually bitten by spiders all over my body; the shower stall had black mold in every corner, and the toilet brush was missing. The mattress is good, but the pillows are extremely odd and uncomfortable. Breakfast was minimal, meager, and had the look of a cafeteria dining hall. Everything looks old and extremely worn. The comfort and atmosphere one would expect from a 4-star rating and price point are nowhere to be found.

Disliked: There is nothing around the location and everything is far away. It is not the hotels fault just saying

Liked: The room we received was exceptional! Amazing view, comfy bed, amazing bathroom with a double bath, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in!

  Disliked: Nothing!
