Exceptional
Liked: It has a parking spot. We locked ourselves out, and the owner sent a person to unlock the door for us.
Liked: Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities (cooking condiments, utensils, coffee capsules!, dishwasher and dish soap, ) and everything needed to make our stay pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the L10 Provençana metro station. Good Wi‑Fi speed and air conditioning on both floors. Mercadona is close by, along with bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you!
Disliked: It wasn’t as clean as we expected in some areas of the apartment, but this is something that can be easily improved. It can be a bit noisy since it’s at street level, although closing the doors helps reduce the sound from cars and people. It’s a bit far from downtown, but the nearby metro station makes getting around very easy.
Liked: Big apartment, clean and easy to reach. The host was very friendly and easo to contact. The parking space was more than enough, but you could use the Taxi service which was located rather 200m away from the property. You also had shopping opportunities, a big shopping mall is located rather 300m away.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was good.
great location, big rooms and nice kitchen
Liked: The apartment is located facing the street. it is easier if you are carrying a lot of luggages. the carpark is nice bt need a bit of skill to drive in. the room is very big with two toilets. can easily fit 6 people. there is a backyard, which you can have a drink with friends in a sunny day. the location is great, 3mins walk to the metro station, there are supermarkets, fruit shops nearby. didn't try the restaurants nearby since there are some many good food options in barcelona. we walk back from football match, it took 30-40mins but it is totally ok since we can not get a taxi at all.
