Disliked: Bathroom should be cleaned better. In general, cleaning is the area with the biggest room for improvement

Modern, clean apartment with great balconies
Liked: Very modern and comfortable apartment, exceptionally clean and with lovely balconies. The twin beds in the main bedroom had great mattresses on for a good night's sleep. It was close to Barcelona's main train station. Access was by door code, which was ideal for our late arrival.
Disliked: The neighborhood was fine but not the most interesting. However it was within easy reach of good transport links. The listing seemed to indicate a double bed, a single bed, and a double sofa bed, when actually it was twin beds (converting to a double) plus a sofa bed, and we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. Not a problem for us, but could be a problem for larger groups. Communication of the codes for the door was a bit long-winded, but we got there eventually.
Just an overnight stop, but everything was fine
Liked: We only stayed one night but it was fine for us.
Disliked: You couldn’t close the bathroom door and the handle was broken because of this (not by us already broken when we arrived)
Good price but lacks finesse
Liked: Secure, quiet, modern, comfy bed and pillows, nice balcony
Disliked: Needs a glow up and deep clean. Lots of dust and hair around. Wobbly table and bed. Also, no tea, coffee, salt, oil etc - the little bits that make a big difference on a short stay.
