  Very pleasant stay in Barcelona

  Liked: The property is very well located, close to two metro lines (one is a 5-minute walk, the other an 8-minute walk). One of these lines runs directly from the airport, making it very easy access by metro from the airport to accommodation. A shop open late is very close by, and there are pleasant local tapas bars nearby. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Friendly and prompt service by owner for any additional questions during your stay via Booking.com

  Disliked: The security deposit was high at €300, returned quite long time (after 12 days). A rusty dishwasher basket needs replacing, which was reported to the property owner. The toilet paper provided was insufficient for the number of people and the length of stay; it wasn't enough for the entire stay.

  Nice flat, good access

  Liked: Great value flat with all your homely requirements. Good location, with easy access to centre of Barcelona and the airport both just a single bus ride.

  Disliked: Flat was cold on arrival. Air con unit provided heat to lounge area - once we worked out how to use it.

  We had a good time at the apt, the location is good, it's a good choice for Barcelona!

  Liked: The apartment was very clean, very spacious, located in an easy to reach area, not too central, but close enough to get to the center quickly with the metro. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was clean and tidy.

  Disliked: Unfortunately we had some issues with the hot water, it just wouldn't run. We contacted the host, they explained a trick with the boiler, however we found that it didn't work consistently. What we discovered was that the spark in the boiler wasn't triggering a flame every time (sorry, not a technical person, don't know how to explain) so we needed to turn the faucet on and off and on again until the flame took. You can see this with the green light on the boiler, if it's not green, try again.

  There is no hot water dont choose this apartment!!!

  Liked: The girl who checked us in was really friendly.

  Disliked: There was no hot water during our stay, when we contacted the staff about situation no one has answered us. We had to have showers in cold water for 4 night. There was also a problem with washing machine and we had to wash all the dishes by hand. Moreover there was not enough toilet paper and no capsules to the coffee maker. The apartment didn’t live up to the standards listed on the booking site and its not worth any money.
