  Liked: Rooms, bed were fine

  Disliked: No air con to find, even not a single fan to blow the air. Bathtub small and water at shower too slow water, like raining lightly on your head. Finally no wifi. What ever. The area is far from city, not as on photo shows near round circle in the city near port area. Whatever, Thanks anyway...

  Liked: I had difficulties completing the online forms while traveling but the staff was very helpful and I was able to access the apartment right on time. The location offers groceries and restaurants within a minute walk. The heater and washing machine work very well.

  Disliked: The bath tub was quite small and occasionally ran out of hot water, however this was not much of an issue.

  This experience felt outright like theft

  Disliked: This experience felt outright like theft. I stayed at this property from January 2–4 and faced serious issues from start to finish. When I first arrived, I was kept waiting at the door for 2–3 hours and was asked to make extra payments that were never mentioned in the reservation. They kept demanding money under the name of “tourist insurance” and other unclear charges. I was put in a difficult position and felt forced to pay. Most importantly: they never returned my €300 deposit. On top of the accommodation fee I had already paid, they tried to charge me an additional €250 with various excuses. They claim they made a refund on January 9, but there is absolutely no refund. Even though I paid the money directly to them, they keep telling me to “contact the bank” and avoid taking responsibility. There is no transparency, no honesty, and no professionalism. It gives the impression of a business that corners guests into paying extra money. I strongly do not recommend this place. Stay away.

  we didn’t feel like we got the value

  Liked: comfortably fit our group of 5

  Disliked: there was very loud construction next door every day that we were not aware of at the time of booking. no cleaning supplies or laundry detergents available on site.
