  It would be a decent hotel if the price was lower. IMO that high rate for a room is a scam

  Liked: complimentary coffee and tea, great wi-fi

  Disliked: The overall condition of a hotel room - old, falling apart cabinets, bathroom with stains, no sharp knife even though there was a kitchen corner in the room. The photos you can find in the internet are the photos of this nice main building, it is misleading.

  Nice hotel, rubbish service at the reception (sorry to say and I am angry now)

  Liked: large room, just next door to the Hyatt Regency, breakfast was very good, transfer to the airport by bus in front of the hotel.

  Disliked: After my payment at arrival I also ordered the breakfast, which I couldn't order via Booking.com Both mornings at arrival at the breakfast room, they didn't have my room listed as paid guest. But they accepted me anyway. When I asked the invoice after payment when checking in, they said it will be handled after the stay. It is now 3 weeks ago I have asked 3 times via mail to send me the invoice but I didn't even receive an answer of my messages - not via Booking.com nor via contacting the Hesperia reservation center. Where, at least, they forwarded it to the Hotel - still without any response.

  bad experience

  Liked: One TV was not working, the lift was too dirty, the sofa was old and full of dirty patches, the bathroom has no fan, no lock, no air exhaust, the airdryer was broken and repaired with adhesive film making it dangerous to use it, expecially when the bathroom after the shower is plenty of vapour tjat cannot be eliminated quickly because of no air exhaust or fan was eorking, the heating was not working. The breakfast included was very poor, just a coffe machine and some packed snack cakes. Moreover, the vending machine charged in my cc 17 euro rather then less than 3 for the soda I bought, looking also difficult to be refounded. LASTLY, in some apartments next door of mine there were CONSTRUCTION WORKS that made a lot of noise with DRILLS and HAMMERS from 800 am to 8 pm.

  Disliked: hosts doubles price for accomodation - that day many flights were cancelled and the weather was terrible. I paid over 200 euro per night. During the night we lost electricity - I did not receive any message via whatapp when we should expect back of the electricity.
