Very good
Not a pleasant experience/stay! Do not stay in room 20!
Liked: I like the fact that was a safety and quiet area, reception area was very welcoming!
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable, making also a noise every time you tried to move in the bed, the mattress in the smaller bed (kids bed) was hard and smelly, not sure if the smell was coming from it or under the bed! The toilet door was noisy and requiring a bit of work!
Very good value for money, with less-then-ideal location as the trade-off
Liked: The room was clean, facilities were in good shape, and breakfast was very good, especially given it is a budget accommodation Staff was professional and very friendly and (limited) dining was available on the premise, which helped a lot given there were torrential rains and flooding in the city when I arrived. Overall, I can recommend.
Disliked: The air-con was a bit weak, and did not seem to correctly measure the temperature; while not a problem in October, the place might get a bit hot over the summer. Also note that the location is less then ideal - there is metro station within walking range, but the area around the hotel (which is in good shape) is heavily industrial and run down.

Comfortable and close to airport
Liked: Nice hotel with parking spaces close to the airport as well as close enough to some nice little restaurants.
Disliked: all the reminders of the place being eco friendly and reminding you to not waste water, reuse towels, etc, when they then used single use cups in the bathroom was a bit odd. Felt like they’re trying to save money more than the environment.
Ideal for what we needed
Liked: It served our purpose very well being located between the airport and cruise terminal. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice too. Staff were very welcoming. The bar staff were very helpful too.
Disliked: In the room the 'extra' bed was made up as a bed rather than a settee making access to the window blind difficult. Also the window blind was broken.
