Fabulous
Nice stay
Liked: Had all the necessities.
Disliked: The photos showed a snooker table for activities but was not actually able to be used by general hotel guests at any time. Room was a little smaller than expected for 4 people. Our children are 10 and 14 and would not usually share a bed, so a larger bed would have been more suitable instead of a sofa bed. In Australia all the Novotel hotel rooms and most hotels offer an iron and ironing board and this one did not.

Most unsecured, my bag was stolen from Buffet break fast area which has All Passports and RP's

Disliked: No proper air conditioning - hot air was flowing, suffered a lot to sleep. My back pack with passports were stolen from restaurant. irresponsible staff and their behavior. Hotel is no more secure and they have no control on people in and out. We are totally disappointed and struggled very hard to reach my place as we lot our ID's.

Liked: Good location. It is very convenient for traveling, geing just a short drive fron the airport and only 10min walk to the Almeda train station. Rooms: were cleans and well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms: as minor downsides, the bathroom door does not offer much privacy and for a familly of 4, the space in the room is quite tight. The check-in formalities took quite long time, probably because of the staff at the reception desks seemed new and needed more time. Restaurant: the staff were polite, butvthe waiters had to be called multiple times just to place an order.
Liked: Convenient location, very comfortable beds, large rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner as well. Personnel was so friendly.
