Fabulous
Clean, good sized apartment - access process could be better
Liked: Good sized apartment, clean, the aircon worked, good location - very close to the shopping centre and the exhibition halls. Also very convenient for the airport. Staff friendly
Disliked: I was staying for business for a week - one evening after a busy day I came back and found that my key would not work after the cleaners had been in - it was after 5.00PM so reception was not manned - it was a bit frustrating to have to ring and have the key reprogrammed. The whole automated access process arriving after tired from travelling after 5.00PM is not intuitive and quite stressful.
Good and clean and comfortable
Disliked: Just note that the check-in after hours is a little complicated. Pay close attention to the instructions!
Liked: Convenient, easy booking process, very friendly receptionist
Disliked: The check in after 5 pm is through a machine, and it would be ok if it worked well. However it didn't scan passports so we spent 15 minutes checking in, and 45 waiting for two couples to check in in front of us. After a stressful day that definitely lowered our experience
Liked: Lovely apartment, has all the basic amenities needed. very convenient location, near to restaurants, shopping and conference centre. The front office manager Monserrat is exceptional! very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
Outstanding accommodations
Liked: Quiet and easily accessible
Disliked: Can’t think of anything
