  Liked: We don’t like it at all( the photos at the booking are not as the real apartment! Never book this apartments

  Disliked: The apartments are old, the furniture is awful, very old too. When you sleep you hear everything at all building! In the rooms there is no windows. The entrance door was flimsy, hanging by a thread, and it kept rattling loudly every time someone opened the door on the first floor of the building. We booked this apartment on a photo booking, was offered 1 large bed and 2 separate for children! We settled in a completely different apartment, children had to sleep on 1 not so large bed (140/190). I asked to give a change to apartment, but I was refused. Then I asked the second blanket, promised, but not brought. In general, terrible.

  Liked: The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful residential area, close to the red metro line, which provides access to the city center—or, with a transfer, to anywhere else in the city or bus line 46 directly to Airport T1-T2. Is clean and comes equipped with all the essentials (dishes, soap, towels, shampoo, etc.). There are various shops and cafés on the neighboring streets, 5 min to Mercadona and 15 min to Lidl.

  i really enjoyed it, and was perfect for 4 girls trying to enjoy barcelona

  Liked: i loved how the property looked and yes it was a little confusing with getting the app sorted out to unlock the property, but actually i really preferred it digitally it was a lot more convenient since there was no need for keys (aswell as loosing them) i loved the size and it we had a lovely little balcony that we were able to take photos on! we also had great air conditioning which was such a relief for the climate outside

  Disliked: the location was great in terms of neighbourhood and safety and it wasn’t too loud like the city, but we were catching transportation and that was a little confusing at first due to everything being quiet a distance away (but there are plenty of busses and trains local so it’s manageable)

  The apartment itself was nicely furnished and renovated inside but the exterior was under major construction. In sum, lo

  Liked: The bathroom and rooms were newly renovated, a good size for 4 people, the location was easy to access the metro on foot and Sants station by bus

  Disliked: We were not notified (although the property claimed they had) that the front facade of building would be under major construction and the AC was disconnected due to the construction. There was a scaffolding directly outside the balcony where men were loudly drilling starting at 8am and looking into the apartment through the glass balcony doors. We also could not open those doors to help cool the place because of the dust, dirt, and noise. The fans they gave us were not enough to cool the apartment and some were broken. It was incredibly unprofessional of the owners to rent this unit out while it was in this condition and to not rectify the situation once informed.

  Avoid at all cost, Not as advertised, property managers unhelpful

  Liked: I did not stay in the property

  Disliked: There was a complete dishonesty about this property as it was advertised as having a balcony view as a “property highlight” for me to arrive to find that there is a scaffolding and a net all over the property with loud machinery which was not mentioned. I contacted the property manager and all what I got was “ sorry for the inconvenience”!!!! They refused to refund me and I refused to check in and had to book an alternative hotel at last minute which cost me a lot of money
