  Avoid this place – extremely unreliable and unsafe experience

  Disliked: strongly advise others to avoid booking it. We paid the full amount in advance through Booking.com. After that, the host started sending multiple unexpected and unreasonable demands: a €350 cash deposit, a non-refundable €50 cleaning fee, and conditions such as not allowing guests under 25 years old. None of this was clearly stated beforehand. When we confirmed our arrival time and asked if the deposit could be paid by bank transfer instead of cash, the communication became increasingly strange. Upon arrival at the agreed check-in time, the host appeared to be in a very unstable condition (possibly under the influence or having mental issues). When we asked where we could withdraw cash, he suddenly refused to host us, saying “I don’t feel comfortable with you,” with no valid reason. He then misled Booking.com support by claiming he did not speak English (despite communicating fluently with us) and pressured us to cancel the reservation ourselves so that we would lose money due to cancellation fees. As a result, we were left stranded on the street in the evening with no accommodation. This was not only unprofessional but also stressful and unacceptable. Be very careful – you may end up in the same situation.

  Great value for money

  Liked: Great localization - many shops, supermarket, coffee place near by. Close to 2 metro stations. If you travel with kids great playgrounds. Apartment has all items you need including plates, glasses, wine opener etc.

  Disliked: The key lock was not always working properly, so it brought some additional stress, but we always were able to get in. There is not as much daylight in the ground apartment due to small windows (whihc might be a plus in hot summer).

  Small, nice in a good location (metro), but there is a lot to improve

  Liked: I have to praise the WA support. They responded immediately, explained everything and arranged it. They deserve a +! System -.

  Disliked: The actual handover of the keys, or rather codes, was very simple. It took place in the app. However, I did not understand why after completing the check-in in the Olala app, uploading the ID, they wanted me to do it in another app. They also wanted to pay the local fees in the app again. We had to verify the payment, then I finally got the code. I do not understand why they asked for the data twice. In the kitchen, water was dripping from the inlet to the sink for a long time. There was a puddle under the kitchen counter and a stench. I don't understand why the cleaners didn't notice it. I had to notify support and they fixed it immediately the next day. However, the stench remained, as it was wet under the kitchen counter. For the money they ask, I imagine better quality services.
