  Liked: The duplex was very clean and comfortable. It was also in a great location, just 1 min walk from the Sant Josep metro station making it very easy to reach Barcelona city center.Highly recommended!

  Nice and clean plces, but problems

  Liked: The place was clean, having good space for two people, in two floors. Nice and spacious bathroom. Possibility to store suitcases in a locked storage box before checking.

  Disliked: The place was clean, but had un really, really strong smell of cleaning liquid all the time. There was a lot of old broken things: E.g a shelf in the refrigerator was cracked, the handle and lock of the freezer part in the refreigerator was broken and partly completely gone. The table had deep scratches and a big patched hole in it. See photos. Note, you must take photos and videos of everything, also towels, sheets etc on arrival and on departure to get your deposit back. We had to pay for a towel "heavily soiled" with green color. Any color or that towel were never in the room during our visit. A stair lamp was also blinking all the time in the space, even when it was switch of. See photos. They also told us that we only booked for one person so we had to sent proof that the booking and price were for two. That for getting towels and linen for 2 people. See photos of damages that we documented so you at least dont have to pay for those.

  Liked: Nice place

  Disliked: Check in time was 15, but the room was not cleaned until 15.50. Annoying after already having waited 3 hours after check out at the previous hotel.

  Disliked: When I arrived at my room it hadn't been cleaned at all. I've never experienced anything like it. There were also no extra blankets for the sofa bed, and the sofa bed had stains and bugs on it.

  A wonderful stay in Barcelona

  Liked: A cozy, modest little room. It was kept very clean. There is a small balcony where you can spend warm evenings enjoying a glass of wine. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no throw blanket—only bed sheets—but after contacting the hosts, one was promptly delivered. There are two televisions: one in the bedroom and one in the kitchenette. Bottled water, coffee, tea, and salt were provided, along with shampoo and dishwashing supplies. The kitchen is well-equipped. Just a note when leaving: make sure to pull the door firmly toward you; otherwise, it might look closed, but it won't actually lock. The security deposit was returned the very next day—a definite plus. We are very happy with our stay here.

  Disliked: I didn't like the Wi-Fi connection. It was very weak. It was unavailable on the balcony.

  Attention to detail poor

  Liked: Modern, clean

  Disliked: Wi-Fi didn’t work. Rooms wasn’t ready when I arrived on the time that was scheduled. Floor was wet, smelled strongly of floor cleaner. 1 hour into my stay they knock the door and o was in the middle of a meeting. They came to fix something in the kitchen without warning
