  I would recommend for a short stay in Barcelona, due to its excellent location and reasonable price

  Liked: The location was great, the host was responsive on WhatsApp as we got close to the stay. Our late flight was delayed and we appreciated the host responding when the key was not there, as we were very tired. The air conditioning was very appreciated during the heat wave, and the location was quiet, with grocery stores, restaurants, a bakery, and the subway all very close.

  Disliked: Everything was fine, except for two things: someone's bathing suit and a mop and bucket were left on the balcony; the linens didn't quite seem adequate for the beds. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable. We did have to wait for another person to show up and bring us the key, as it wasn't at the reception as per the directions.

  Disliked: That the customer service was horrible, non of the links worked, couldn't even pay city tax properly. I won't talk about how it took more then an hour of waiting outside of the hotel until we got access to our flat

Good to know

In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.

The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
