  Next time, I’ll be much more careful about which hotel I choose here. It’s definitely worth checking online reviews too

  Liked: The location was good

  Disliked: Already the arrival at reception was a nightmare. It was tucked away in a dirty entrance that reeked of the kitchen and the laundry room, or whatever that smell was. The walls looked like they hadn’t been painted or cleaned in 20 years. The receptionist came across as an annoyed person who resented having to serve guests and actually do something, even though apart from us there wasn’t a living soul around. She was extremely unpleasant, snapped at us, and nothing seemed to suit her. Meanwhile, she kept shouting to her colleagues that she’d had it up to here for the day. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos of the rooms, but judging by the level of hygiene and the receptionist’s attitude, I’m actually quite glad about that. At least I spared myself the disappointment and disgust, and I would have turned around and gone looking for another clean and decent hotel anyway.

  If you re-opened the beach party like Jet then would be excellent

  Good location, nice facilities, for the beach u have to pay 150€/person. Manager was nice, first shift receptionist

  Liked: The location 10/10 Facilities 8/10 I spoke with the manager to postpone the check out, she was so kind and did her best. She was so polite

  Disliked: First shift receptionist, the most arogant & negative person I have dealt in my life. She didn't respect you at all, she could barely answer basic questions and never had a smile in her face, reflecting only negatively. We haven’t slept all night becouse of the transit. And we went to the hotel at 13:00. We slept all night because of the flight delay. We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to check in a little before 3:00 AM, and she, without being informed at all if it was possible, simply said no. We watched for two hours as new rooms were being checked in, they were checking in without any problems before 3:00 AM, while we had to enter the room an hour late at 4:15 PM. I asked her several times to see if she was interested in why the room was not ready, and she simply did not answer at all or said that I had to wait until it was ready. Didn’t care that we wre no sleep all night. I have asked her in the most polite way possible, and i got back only negativity and arogance
