  Liked: The room for our first, three-night stay was fabulous.

  Disliked: The initial room for the second stay was not what I had booked/specified. Thankfully, a cancellation meant that we could have the room we preferred. So, all good in the end.

  Loved it and will return

  Liked: Great location. 15 minutes away from the marina, 20 from Restaurant Row. Our room was fabulous; sea view with a hot tub on the 2nd floor. Drawer space was tight. Supplied with a kettle and microwave but no plates or cutlery, so we purchased paper plates and plastic cutlery from Mercadona supermarket which is 30 seconds away.

  Disliked: Lack of draw space. Breakfast juices were awful so I took my own from Mercadona. Loved the omelettes and pancakes, lots of fresh fruit available. Drinks are expensive from behinds the bar at night €24 for two whiskey and cokes, far more expensive than by the marina so we didn’t bother.

  Average hotel for the money

  Liked: We loved the Bali bed and outdoor tub on the balcony

  Disliked: The food at the pool bar was poor quality. It was so busy around the pool it was difficult to find a lounger everyday unless you get up at 6am.

  Absolutely awful. We moved out after 2 nights. It is never a 4 star hotel. I will be seeking a refund
