  Our stay was lovely

Liked: The rooms were great and the staff were so friendly. There was a smell of drains quite often. The sunbeds could do with a refresh as some were a bit worn but overall the pool area was great. There was a walk into Santa Eulalia around 10-15 mins which was fine but I wouldn't like to do that walk in the height of summer. There are plenty taxis available and the buses are great

Disliked: There was nothing that we really disliked

Lovely place great for children with the pool, free mini golf and nice play area

Liked: The staff were wonderful. My 6 year old grandson( adhd) decided that whilst being an excellent swimmer he would fool around and say he was drowning! Staff were there within seconds! Talk about embarrassing! Yes grandson was told! They became very fond of him and his energy. The pool etc was clean as were the apartments. Staff were so helpful! Very nice safe place to stay for family

Disliked: It was just a little bit far from the central bit. Easy walk for younger folks but as late grandparents it took a bit.

The apartment was very spacious and a every thing you would need in the apartment was there

Liked: The location was fine for us and easy to get a taxi when we went out. The breakfasts were very good.

Disliked: We were told we would have the apartment cleaned every two days, but it did not get done until the very last day. The wifi was very hit and miss, sometimes it worked and other times you just could not get it.

  Very nice stay

Liked: - Very spacious room. - Great parking facility. - Incredibly kind & helpful staff. - Located in Santa Eularia, it is calmer than the centre of Eivissa, but still lively.

Disliked: Not all the trash of the previous occupants was removed upon our arrival. However not even 5min. after mentioning this to the reception someone came by to remove it.
