  Well worth the money!

  Liked: For the price of the property it was extremely good value for money. Everything was very clean, with fresh towels replaced everyday. There was a kids pool and adults only pool. We went during off peak seasons so Ibiza itself was very calm but it was located within walking distance of a good few of the major clubs. The was a good selections of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was buffet style and I would recommend going all inclusive if you want to stay. All the staff were really friendly and truly great workers. All and all I truly can’t fault it.

  Disliked: The property advertises a gym however it’s very limited but there is a good gym within walking distance if that’s something you’re interested in that you can get a day pass for.

  Disliked: There was no water or electricity for an entire day of my stay. The elevators were not working and the staff had no idea when would the water come back.

  Liked: I’m still waiting for the property to get me my refund back. I had an injury when staying in this hotel, and for 2 days the hotel didnt have water or energy. It was terrible. They put you in the 5 floor and made you go all the way up with no elevator. We booked more nights through their website because it was cheaper but they didn’t help at all getting my refund

  Liked: Great value for money especially with the all inclusive deal, the staff was super friendly and helpful which i find quite rare in Ibiza. Good location and very the hotel was very clean from top to bottom Gracias bergantin and crew!

  Unclean and ants everywhere

  Liked: Cheap (for a reason!)

  Disliked: I am covered head to toe in ant bites. The room was extremely dirty and there was an ant infestation which I only noticed on the last night. Because I was checking out the next day I felt it was only right to bring up at checkout as I had already spent my stay in the room and was already covered in bites. The hotel staff were extremely unhelpful and told me I should’ve brought it up at the start of the stay which I couldn’t have done because I didn’t figure out what had been biting me until the final day I was there. Absolutely disgusting, and poor response/treatment from staff who seemed completely unbothered by the whole thing.
