  Incredible

Liked: Incredible hotel that makes you feel at home from the entrance. Amie is on deck to welcome you to a shot snd recommend the best things to do in Ibiza. Then the breakfast!!! What can I say, à feast for kings. The rooms are very luxurious, depending on what you pay for. Overall this was a great experience. Absolutely everyone in the hotel is ready to make your stay amazing. Obviously Amie takes my vote if I had to vote

A brand-new hotel with questionable service and workmanship!

Disliked: Although the hotel is new, water was leaking from the bathroom on the floor above, through our ceiling and down the wall, straight onto the bed. We waited more than an hour for a room change, which only happened after repeated reminders and trips down to reception. No one even helped us move our luggage from one room to the other, despite it being the hotel’s fault that we had been given an unacceptable room in the first place! In the replacement room, water leaked out from under the shower, and we had to remind the staff about evening housekeeping. There are very few beach loungers available for hotel guests, as most are rented out to non-guests as part of the beach club. The food at the beach restaurant does not justify the prices charged. On the plus side, the hotel is very conveniently located near famous nightclubs!

10/10 perfect spot for adults in Ibiza

Liked: A high-end hotel without being overly flashy (which really matters to me) The room design is gorgeous everything is tastefully decorated and maintained to the highest standard. Aesop soaps and lotions, plus a huge selection of room amenities that no one wants to drag along in a suitcase (there was even a hair straightener!) Housekeepers come by in the evening to see if you need anything (extra towels, etc.). There are several pools and lovely outdoor spaces to relax in. And of course, we can't forget: The wonderful Lucy at the front desk - hold onto her! Her warm smile and genuine interest in the guests are truly priceless.

Disliked: That our stay was too short and had to end 😄
