  Liked: Everything was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The location is also perfect and very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay at Bon Sol Prestige and would definitely recommend it!

  Disliked: The staff was extremely unhelpful when we asked for assistance. They were dismissive and showed very little concern or willingness to help with anything we asked. Unfortunately, my AirPods Max were stolen from my room. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

  Liked: Habitación espaciosa, cuenta con los utensilios suficiente para poder cocinar. Música agradable.

  Disliked: Lo que no me gustó, y sería un gran punto para modificar ee que de 5 noches que pagamos únicamente ingreso el servicio de limpieza solamente UNA vez. Cambiaría el sistema de aviso de limpieza ya que los carteles se vuelan. Los carteles deberían poder quedar fijos, ya que entendemos el método de poner el cartel, pero fallaron porque se volaron.

  Pleasant and Enjoyable for our first time in Ibiza

  Liked: Clean and staff were friendly. Close but not clise enough to the beach.

  Disliked: Quite open and people from other hotels using the pool, making it very busy.
