  Disliked: There was water leach coming from the window in the room causing a puddle on the floor. 2 days no hot water Some showers were not working

  Liked: The location is amazing, it’s literally right at the port. I honestly think it’s better than the pictures, cause I went thinking it won’t be very good but its was fine. The staff however was the best part. They’re so nice, so helpful especially Raquel who was so kind and helpful, Juan and one more girl, who’s name I don’t remember, were so sweet!

  Disliked: The rooms were a bit small if you come with 2 large luggages or more
