  Good place to stay but needs basic improvements for the price paid

  Liked: Place is nice, mostly clean and with nice areas such as the pool and bars. Room is clean and decent size.

  Disliked: First of all for the price of the room having hot water in the shower would have been appreciated. A/C wasn't super efficient but overall temperature was OK as it was end of the summer. Beds were pretty hard but acceptable.

  Love this place, it’s my safe happy place

  Liked: Love this hotel, 4th visit, perfect location, comfortable, chilled house music by the pool, nice rooms and gorgeous rooms, lovely breakfast.

  Disliked: Really hard pillows, did ask for a softer one but they didn’t arrive.

  Liked: The staff were very friendly, I especially liked how they engaged with my 3 year old. The pool and sun loungers were spot on I liked the selection of items during breakfast. Warm welcome at arrival

  Disliked: Possibly have more child friendly activities or even a corner where the kids can play. Some sort of children play area within the building. The dinner was alright but had mostly pork, which I wasn't keen on. Would have loved to see some beef dishes. I also wasn't aware that half board doesn't include drinks during dinner/supper time. The room I was allocated had WiFi issues. The strength wasn't enough and if I needed to use WiFi, I had to come to the lobby.

  Liked: Great Location. Great View. nice pool

  Disliked: the rooms aren't 4 star it's only 3 star. very old and cheap facilities. very old not comfortable bath and shower. Not a 4 Star hotel at all

  Cozy hotel in the centre of Playa, would come back

  Liked: Overall nice hotel, has everything you need and at good location.

  Disliked: Sunrise bar zone sunbeds (the ones you see on photos of hotel promo) appears are a separate service and you have to pay.... well.. luckly hotel is on the beach line, you can go to the beach.
