  I had a great stay, staff were so friendly, I genuinely couldn’t fault it

  Liked: Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: For this money having spider webs whole stay. Shower was not in a good condition as well. We wanted to move our check-in date by one day, but this was not allowed. We also wanted to extend our stay by an additional 3 nights. However, because the staff was absolutely terrible, we decided to leave and stay somewhere else. I understand that this is probably not a decision made by the receptionists themselves, but by someone else who sets these policies.

  Great stay

  Liked: Food hall was great, nice choice of food. Room was cleaned most days and we had fresh towels. Air con was great in the room.
