  I do not recommend staying in this hotel

  Disliked: The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude towards me. The receptionist, Alejandro, refused to contact the manager and called the police instead when I insisted on speaking to someone in charge. I also had to pay €430 for an extra night because my flight was cancelled. Despite paying for the additional night, staff entered my room without my consent and shouted at me, insisting that I had to check out. The pictures on the website are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. The place is extremely noisy and uncomfortable, making it a very unpleasant experience overall. I would not recommend staying here.

  Great location, great stay, shops sea side, night life all super close and convenient

  Liked: We had a studio comprising of two rooms - the sofa in the living room was very comfy that was a great surprise. Also we were surprised that a fridge was available in the room, as there was no info about it in the amenities section. It was useful to have a fridge when it was so hot outside. Bar served tasty refreshing drinks, breakfast simple and tasty with all food super fresh and delicious. The nice barman served some complimentary drink in the pool area at times. That was very nice we loved the drink too we we felt looked after. The ladies looking after the breakfast area super nice and helpful. The ladies cleaning the rooms did a great job, the whole place, including rooms and staircase smelled with freshness.

  Disliked: I can't say I didn't like something but some paper cubs could have been available in the room. We got them in the bar for free though.

  Liked: Ana was the face of the business at reception greeting customers with her warm smile. Beds were comfy Air con Good location for bossa. 10 min walk from Hi. Really cheap spar around the corner
